What is Emotional Therapists?
Emotional Therapists help and support their clients to understand their suppressed emotional pain and deal with it in a way which brings about increased self-knowledge and personal strength. The skills they gain through these therapy sessions will enrich their life and help them to better cope with life on a daily basis.
Emotional turmoil can be brought on by a current crisis, persistent long term problems, depression, difficulties relating to other people or other emotional problems.
Emotional Therapy differs from more conventional counselling as it seeks to promote healing of the original emotional wounds by working through the feelings. It's aim is to help clients deal with their emotions in order to help them to comfortably cope and manage their daily lives.
